City Aspirational Index is conceived by Gujarat Urban Development Mission to assess the performance of various Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) of Gujarat. The index aims to foster a culture of healthy competition among the ULBs, encouraging them to enhance service delivery to citizens and improve their administrative processes.
